Here are some ideas about how you can practice these words at home:

*using index cards-choose 5 or 6 words and write the words onto index cards two times. Create your own Go Fish game-As you play, say "Give me all the cards that read get"...etc! 

*Using a dry erase board, have your child write the sight words.  Write them big!  Write them small!  Write them fast!  Write them slow!  Write them in every corner!  Write them fancy! 

*Have your child write target words on an index card, cut the letters apart, scramble them and then put them together to spell the word.  See how fast you can put the word back together!

*Create a concentration or memory game using the same cards that you used for the Go Fish game!
